Crystal began her journey with Volunteer Properties 11 years ago as a leasing agent at Concord Village Apartments. Her drive and determination quickly excelled into a regional management position where she proved herself to be up for any challenge.

Throughout the years, Crystal has exemplified all the qualities and traits of an exceptional leader. She has proven that she is willing to go above and beyond to help others grow and develop within their roles.
