Alicia interfaces with all departments to identify essential information and the required timeline for accurate delivery.

Her duties also include on-boarding and off-boarding properties, responding to lender requests, as well as oversight and maintenance of the AppFolio management system which is the vital backbone to our entire operation.

 Given Alicia’s impressive 30+ tenure with Volunteer properties, her depth of knowledge on AppFolio’s software, and her unwavering attention to detail, she is uniquely qualified to address any administrative challenges.
